Deanna Ackerman is an award-winning consultant with a distinguished track record as an entrepreneur and nonprofit thought-leader. As the founder of Advanced Development Executives (ADE) Deanna has worked with thousands of CEOs, Executive Directors, and their staff to help them reach their strategic and financial goals. Her clients have included many distinguished affiliates of national charities such as Ronald McDonald House Charities, Rebuilding Together, Habitat for Humanity, Paralyzed Veterans of America, and Girl Scouts.
As Chief Operating Officer, Ed oversees the day-to-day operations of ADE and provides leadership, workforce, and database consulting. Ed‘s a veteran of the United States Air Force who served for 20 years. His distinguished career included ensuring a mission ready facility and personnel supporting the President and Vice President and was directly responsible for administration and resource management of White House East Wing Facility. After retiring from the Air Force, he expanded his managerial experience with MGM Resorts International. Ed has been an active volunteer in our community and served on the Advisory Board of the USO.
Executive Education Coordinator
Working as Executive Education Coordinator, Vince assists in the planning, development, and execution of training events. He's one of the creative minds behind ADE's executive courses that have everyone talking. As Education Coordinator, he aims to bring critical feedback and assistance in the production of training events. Having graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in education he brings an in-depth knowledge of social and educational theory as well as extensive practice in curriculum planning.
Joey serves as ADE's Database Manager. He's a Gen Z - that next breed of tech-savvy, socially conscious youth who want to make a difference in the world. In his role as a Database Manager, Joey is responsible for assisting ADE's clients with the management of their data, CRM systems, and development technology. Joey spent many years raising money for his sports teams and schools. His experience included serving on the Board of DECA at Liberty High School where he won numerous awards as part of Liberty's DECA team. Joey is a proud member of the Wolf Pack and currently attending the University of Nevada Reno.
Katelyn serves as ADE's Development Consultant and supports ADE’s clients in developing fundraising strategies, executing fundraising plans, and raising funds to support their missions. She's a pro when it comes to raising funds for sponsorships and events. Her expertise was put to work on high profile events that included the Las Vegas Natural History Museum's Dinosaur Ball, S.A.F.E. House's Pretty In Pink Luncheon, and Safe Haven Wildlife Sanctuary's gala. Katelyn is a graduate of UNLV and an alum of UNLV's Alpha Xi Delta Sorority.
